Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the main/reference lab team. You will perform accurate, timely laboratory tests, evaluate results, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering Mercy Signature Service to internal and external customers.

The position requires an Associate's degree with MLS/MLT certification (or within 6 months of hire); preferred is a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of

• MT(ASCP) or MLS certification or within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Evaluate and report test results following regulatory requirements.
