Qualifications

• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings.
• Aptitude for Change Management, ideally near Nashville, TN.
• Vision for Advanced Medical Systems' space, sharpened by your own reading.
• Hands-on experience with modern Change Management workflows and tooling.
• Practical command of NIHSS Certification, with bonus points for Vital Signs Monitoring.
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel.

Responsabilités

• Coach patients through NIHSS Certification and Electronic Health Records regimens.
• Restock supply rooms and par levels so the next Medical Technologist never hunts for a needle.
• Sit with families through hard conversations about prognosis, code status, and goals of care.
• Perform diagnostic and screening procedures within scope of practice.
• Assist in Patient Charting procedures as second set of hands, narrating each step for the trainee beside you.
