Job Description:

This role involves performing laboratory tests, quality control procedures, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will organize work, assess results, troubleshoot procedures, and maintain inventory. You will also train staff, operate computers, perform phlebotomies, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Participation in meetings and education seminars is expected.

Education/Experience Required:

• B.S. in a science-related field
• Six months of laboratory experience

Registration/Certification:

• ASCP, HEW, NCA (written exam)

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting over 10 lbs., standing, and occasional lifting over 50-100 lbs. Must have good sensory and concentration skills.
