Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Medical Technologist ASCP for night shifts in Texas. Position requires ASCP certification, blood bank and hematology expertise, and experience with MedHost, with Cerner in transition. The role includes travel and night hours with start ASAP and a start date required at submission.

Eligibility includes 2+ years experience (5+ preferred) and ability to provide a permanent home address. No callbacks; RTO holidays rotated; max RTO 10 hours.

Qualifications

• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Blood Bank advanced testing and hematology experience required.
• 2+ years experience required; 5+ preferred.
• EMR experience with MedHost; transitioning to Cerner.
• Travel position; nights; weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform transfusion service duties according to standards.
• Operate and maintain blood bank equipment and instruments.
• Document results and critical findings in the EMR.
