The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, certification pathways such as NAACLS or ASCP, and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, or a related field.
• Certification pathways include military medical training, NAACLS-accredited programs, or ASCP certification, with AMT certification preferred.
