Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science preferred.
• Eligible for ASCP certification in Medical Technology; ASCP certification preferred.

• Prepare reagents, standards, and controls following prescribed procedures.
• Conduct timely test analysis and maintain laboratory instruments through calibration and standardization.
• Research and develop new procedures as assigned.

• Utilize computer systems for daily operations.
• Support continuous professional growth, training new employees and students, and contribute to team productivity and quality improvement.
• Perform other assigned duties.
