University Of Michigan is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform and evaluate complex tests supporting fertility care. You will join a team of andrologists, embryologists, and clinicians, handling daily ART laboratory operations and advanced semen analysis.
The role includes endocrine testing, sperm preparation for IUI/IVF, and participation in QM/QC/QA/QI programs. Strong teamwork and teaching responsibilities are emphasized.

This position requires standing/walking, as well as lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of cryogenic tanks.

What Benefits can you Look Forward to?
Non-Exempt Full-Time Monday through Friday, days. This position entails some weekend and holiday work on a rotation basis with other colleagues.

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Michigan Medicine Allied Professionals (UMMAP), which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
