Job description

Deer Meadows is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Med Tech in our Personal Care Home.

PART TIME:

  • 7a-3p (45 hrs, every other weekend, every other Monday & Friday)
  • 7a-3p, 15 hrs, every other weekend
  • 3p-11p, 15 hrs, every other weekend

FULL TIME:

  • 11p-7a (60 hrs biweekly, every other weekend)

Starting at $16/hr!

In this role, you will provide direct resident care, follow established policies and procedures while providing care and respecting confidentiality at all times, and complement care of the resident area with other facility personnel, such as food service, housekeeping, and activities.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of one year experience within the geriatric health care field
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistants welcomed! Required to have CNA license or Medical Assistant Diploma
  • If you do not have a current state certification for medication administration, we can help!
As an essential worker, you will be expected to:
  • Help the Residents with Daily Living Activities
  • Pass out Medication and document accordingly
  • Take direction from the Nurse or upper management to help in other ways.
