Atria Health is launching its Los Angeles Institute and seeks a California-licensed MLT to join the founding LA team. The role involves collecting and processing in-office test orders, working with partner labs for send-outs, and maintaining compliance and quality across the lab operations.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical labs, with hematology and chemistry experience, phlebotomy skills, and hands-on lab process knowledge from accessioning to testing and troubleshooting.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding LA team. This position will work directly with clinical staff collecting samples to process and test in-office orders of waived and moderate complexity assays, interact with partner labs for send-out of high complexity testing, and maintain the laboratory with a focus on compliance and quality. The position is on-site during business hours on weekdays with occasional need for additional coverage due to clinical and business needs.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a clinical laboratory environment with experience in Hematology and Chemistry required. Experience with waived and moderate laboratory operations is desired. The ideal candidate has experience with phlebotomy and patient facing care as well as experience in laboratory processes such as accessioning, specimen processing, performing assays, and quality troubleshooting.
*MUST hold a current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification*
