Shift:

5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to. Wound care experience is required.

Required Credentials: PALS can be obtained at the facility.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. RTO is not permitted from 12/24-12/25.

Shift & Scheduling: The schedule varies. Scheduled days are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. No call. Flexible contract hours: 48 per week are possible but must be requested at submission.
