Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Medical Surgical RN in Gainesville, Florida. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus. 1+ Years of experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting required

Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

• 1 year of LTAC/ surgery center/or clinic exp (assessment and IV skills are what they are looking for)
• Ortho exp is a plus
• 60% ortho 40% M/S general overflow
• 1:5 ratio
• 47 beds
• Days and Nights shifts open (7-7) no call/ rotating weekends
