Qualifications

• Licensure as RN in Georgia required.
• Associate degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum two years RN experience with competent performance.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process with an emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure appropriate care transitions.
• Mentor new graduates and participate in councils and quality teams as appropriate.
• Support governance models and patient experience improvements on unit teams.
