Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a capable RN to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, expanding knowledge and skills, and mentoring as needed. The role emphasizes leadership opportunities and collaboration to enhance patient outcomes.

The RN will participate in unit-based councils and nursing quality teams, helping plan improvements in NDNQI indicators, RN satisfaction, and patient experience, while supporting staff development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; demonstrates competence in RN I performance expectations or meets requirements on hire.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a charge nurse and ensures cost-effective, quality-driven, patient-focused care.
• Leads teams and participates in daily practice on units.
• Participates in at least one NGMC committee/council and supports governance goals.
• Models healthy work environment behaviors and fosters trust and empathy among staff.
