Advocate Health Navicent The Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Academic Med-Surg unit. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to deliver safe and therapeutic care in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes clinical education and teamwork.

The position requires completion of an accredited nursing program, a valid RN license for the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience through evidence-based practice and effective communication.
