Formación

• RN with active licensure and an Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience in acute care settings is beneficial.
• Proficient in nursing care methods and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, reviewing as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and policies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance at all times.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members to maintain quality.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond promptly to code situations and interventions.
