Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN - Medical Surgical in North Dakota for a 26-week assignment in a 22-bed unit. You will cover 12-hour day shifts with every-other-weekend rotation, float to ED as needed, and manage 1:4 acuity on acute care and 1:6 on swing bed.

Telemetry reading and charting with MatrixCare are required, with potential for charge responsibilities. Minimum 2 years MedSurg and ED experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and ability to titrate drips.

Qualifications

• One year of MedSurg and emergency department experience.
• Charge experience is required.
• RNs must be able to titrate drips.
• BSN is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a 22-bed medical surgical unit.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 (acute) and 1:6 (swing bed).
• Float to the emergency department as needed and possibly assume a charge role.
• Document patient care using MatrixCare.
