• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 4:1.
• Strong clinical skills in dysrhythmia interpretation.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care and monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and respond to changes in condition.
• Perform phlebotomy and start/maintain IVs as needed.
• Collaborate with physical therapy, respiratory, and pharmacy teams.
• Float to other areas when required; weekends are scheduled.
