As a Clinical Leader on 5 East, you will oversee and participate in the operation of a 28-bed unit, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care, and developing programs to support clinical excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
• Med/Surg experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Successful experience in a charge nurse role

• Ability to plan and implement educational opportunities
• Resource and mentor capabilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records
