Rayhealthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical/Surgical team in Missouri. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision, participate in care planning, and ensure accurate documentation and a safe, therapeutic environment.

Candidates must hold an approved LPN diploma and Missouri licensure, maintain BLS, and have strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Medical/Surgical department is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care services, within the scope of practice, under the supervision of the House Supervisor and the direction of the Director. This role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. The LPN must adhere to the hospital’s policies and procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
