The Staff Nurse will be responsible for:

  1. Providing care for patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. For newly licensed nurses, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year recent nursing experience in Medical ICU or Medical/Surgical ICU.
  • Current MICU experience preferred.
Certification:
  • ACLS and CCRN certifications are preferred.
Other:
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended; certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
  • Ability to work weekend rotations per the MNA contract.
