Unit Description:

Central Vermont Medical Center is a community-based hospital in Berlin, VT. Our Medical/Surgical Unit at CVMC comprises two units: 2 South (42 beds) and 2 North (9 beds). We operate in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population, managing conditions from chronic diseases and illnesses to orthopedic and general surgeries. Our community-focused approach emphasizes teamwork, growth, and excellence in patient care. As a nurse on our floor, you'll experience a supportive culture that fosters open communication, respect, and teamwork, promoting both personal and professional growth. Nurse-to-patient ratios are maintained at 1:4 during the day and 1:5 at night.

On-call: Not required.

Incentives: $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time).
