Description
We are excited to announce increased RN rates and a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during the shift. The CNC collaborates with management, directs nursing care, and models organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.
- Participate in ongoing quality assessments of patient care services.
- Collaborate to foster teamwork and support improved outcomes.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
- Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement, including employee rounding and hourly rounds.
- Contribute to staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
- RN license in South Carolina or multistate license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience.
