This position is located in the Purchase/Referred Care (PRC) of the IHS Service Unit. The purpose of this position is to provide support services and assistance by performing medical support assistance duties, record keeping and miscellaneous clerical support duties associated with beneficiaries. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Prepares responses and routine correspondence and compile information concerning contract services for submission to patients.
