A leading company is seeking a Medical Support Assistant (MSA) to provide administrative support at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with VA policies. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently. This is a one-year contract position offering $27.22 per hour.

Job Description:
The Medical Support Assistant (MSA) will provide administrative and clerical support to the health care team at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS). The role involves appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and handling medical documentation in accordance with VA policies and procedures. The MSA will ensure effective and efficient patient flow within various clinics and will be expected to support both internal and external customer service initiatives.

Compensation for this position is determined by various factors, including location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The compensation is $27.22 per hour as an hourly employee, including $4.93/hr. for health and welfare.
This is a one-year contract position
