Job summary

LeoForce in Indiana is seeking a Medical Supply Chain Specialist to manage all aspects of the medical supply chain—from receiving to shipping—in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. This permanent role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance to support patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in medical or healthcare.
Bachelor degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
Proficient with supply chain software and tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing of all medical supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts and secure best pricing and delivery schedules with vendors.
Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Track shipments and resolve issues using freight management systems.
Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure on-time delivery.
