Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Inventory Associate to replenish, distribute, and assemble medical supplies for internal customers. You will work with the Inventory Control Coordinators, use hospital inventory systems, and maintain stock levels to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include verifying PAR receipts, pulling stock, updating records, and supporting annual inventory and quality improvements. Weekend and holiday rotation may be required, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 17.
• Minimum six months experience in distribution or sterile processing preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and stock distribution fundamentals.
• Basic computer skills to use hospital inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes, distributes and assembles medical supplies and stock items accurately and timely.
• Verify receipt of non-stock supplies for PAR areas and Omnicell cabinets.
• Transport stock to appropriate locations based on replenishment scans and re-stock lists.
• Pull required stock to fill requisitions and maintain 2600+ supplies knowledge.
• Report discrepancies and assist with quality improvements.
• Use PeopleSoft inventory system to locate inventory numbers and bin locations.
