Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to ensure supplies and equipment are available where needed. Your organizational skills will support routine and urgent needs across our facilities, coordinating distribution, ordering, and restocking.

You will maintain par levels and data accuracy, assist end-user departments, and contribute to patient care by keeping essential items in stock. A high school diploma is required; warehouse or medical supply experience is preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience or medical supply experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications in a network setting.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Must be able to do simple mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to perform simple computer tasks.
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write English effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people in a professional and effective manner.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute facility-wide distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking for end-user departments.
• Handle distribution, shipping, and receiving of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and data integrity for par locations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to support quality patient care.
