Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience in receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies/equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar.
• Ability to react to fast-paced, stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches requests for supplies/equipment and follows up to ensure completion.
• Receives, stocks, and stores incoming supplies/equipment; maintains inventory levels.
• Performs issues/credits for supplies/equipment as necessary and ensures proper invoicing.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies/equipment for safe distribution to facilities and departments.
• Maintains security, orderliness, and cleanliness in all working areas and ensures compliance with documentation.
