SML Medical Supplies is seeking an energetic, customer service-oriented individual who is a team player to fill the position of a delivery driver & warehouse helper. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We will provide training to motivated individuals willing to learn.

The responsibilities and duties include (but are not limited to):

1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses safely and on time.
2. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
3. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
4. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints.
5. Following assigned routes and schedules.
6. Adhering to transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
7. Preparing delivery reports and related documents.
8. Operating equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
9. Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distributing items.
10. Assembling customer orders and managing stock placement.
11. Transporting stored items using hand trucks, carts, forklifts, etc.
12. Performing warehouse housekeeping duties, including cleanup.

Note: This position may also include warehouse tasks such as stocking, picking, and shipping.

• Qualifications and Skills
  Valid CA Driver License
  Experience as a delivery driver is a plus
  Clean driving record
  Ability to pass background check and drug test
  Strong customer service skills
  Positive and professional attitude

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
