As the Medical Staff Services Manager, you will lead a highly specialized team responsible for supporting the integrity, compliance, and effectiveness of the medical staff credentialing and privileging process. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, physician engagement, and process improvement, making it critical to both organizational success and patient safety.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of Medical Staff Services, ensuring providers are credentialed, privileged, and reappointed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with complex regulatory, accreditation, and governance requirements. As the department's operational expert, you'll serve as a trusted resource for medical staff leaders, physicians, and organizational stakeholders, helping navigate complex situations, interpret standards, and manage risk.
