Ampcus Inc. Job Opening: Medical Staff Coordinator

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ED Call Schedule
  • Organize committee meetings, including preparing minutes, agendas, and scheduling
  • Screen applicants and conduct pre-vetting
  • Enter data into credentialing systems
  • Utilize Cactus and ECHO systems
  • Audit completed credentialing applications
  • Route credentialing files for departmental approval
  • Prepare files for committee review and approval
  • Monitor file compliance with bylaws, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Assist with OPPE/FPPE competency data and monitor expirables
  • Preferred certifications: CPCS or CPMSM, if applicable
Shift:
  • Day shift, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00)
