Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Lufkin, TX is seeking a dependable Specimen Courier to support patient care by ensuring timely and secure pickup and transportation of specimens, medical supplies, and equipment to or from medical offices and client locations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with company procedures on every route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in courier, delivery, medical transportation, healthcare, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes and schedules to collect specimens from client locations.
• Transport specimens safely using a company vehicle and in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Respond promptly to STAT pickup requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Complete supply deliveries and fulfill supply orders as assigned.
• Accurately document pickups, deliveries, route activities, and client interactions.
• Maintain specimen integrity and confidentiality throughout transportation.
