NakedMD in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Medspa Manager for full-time operations oversight and staff leadership. You will ensure top-tier client service, maintain a safe, clean facility, and lead the injection room with strict hygiene practices.

The role emphasizes maintaining high safety standards, continuous skill uplift, and respectful patient care. Open availability for full-time work, with bonus eligibility as part of compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations

• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
