Job description

CK Group is recruiting for a Medical Solutions Lead in Neuroimmunology & Rare Diseases to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis, initially for 12 months.

Salary: PAYE from £40.00 - £50.00 per hour or Umbrella from £55.00 - £66.00 per hour, inside IR35.

Medical Solutions Lead Role:
  1. Scientific Knowledge & TA Leadership: Act as the highest scientific expert for the asset and therapeutic area.
  2. Regional Medical Activities: Support the execution of regional medical activities, including international congresses and pan-European initiatives.
  3. Development of Regional Solutions: Develop coordinated regional solutions for medical education and patient identification.
  4. Medical Content and Communication: Review relevant regional medical content and develop advocacy concepts.
  5. External Engagement: Engage with top national and international Thought Leaders (KOLs) and build regional networks.
  6. Medical Insights & Strategy: Consolidate regional medical insights and contribute to global medical strategy.
  7. Medical Community Engagement: Support the medical lead with the regional medical community for the assigned disease area and asset.
  8. Capability Building: Support local teams and the global medical community with training on the latest medical data.
Your Background:
  1. Master's Degree or Pharmacy degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in Neurology (MG) or Rare diseases preferred.
  3. Substantial Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years).
  4. Experience with Congress support and KOL engagement.
  5. Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to critically analyze complex data.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, communication skills, and adaptability.

Location:

This is a remote role but will require occasional travel to congress events and team meetings.
