MSA Home Health in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Part-Time/PRN Social Worker (MSW) to provide social work services in alignment with the physician’s treatment plan. The MSW will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and support patients and families.

The role includes grief assessment and bereavement counseling as needed, and acting as a liaison to community resources. A CSWE-accredited degree and FL licensure are required, with a preference for at least one year of Home

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's level social work degree from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Currently licensed to practice as a social worker in Florida (FL).
• Minimum of one year Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

MSA Home Health, a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time/PRN Home Health Social Worker (MSW) for our Home Health location in Orlando, FL.

Provides social work services in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.

Works with the interdisciplinary team directly, or through coordination of team members, to provide appropriate assessment and support patients and families.

Provides assessment for normal and complicated grief and provides bereavement counseling as appropriate.

Serves as a liaison with other community resources.

Job Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's level social work degree from a school of social work accredited or approved by the Council of Social Work Education.

Currently licensed to practice as a social worker in the state of FL.

Minimum of one-year Home Health experience preferred.

Valid Driver's License.
