Qualifikationen

• MSW from an accredited school.
• Social Work Certification issued by the State of Wisconsin.
• 1–2 years of clinical hospital experience post licensure preferred.

• Provide comprehensive social work services including assessments, care planning, interventions, and discharge coordination.
