• Assisting patients and families with health-related financial, social, and emotional concerns
• Providing social work services as per the care plan

Qualifications:

• Masters or doctorate in social work from an accredited school
• At least one year of social work experience in healthcare
• Meets state and federal requirements
• Current CPR certification
