Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Medical and Health Services Manager for a remote, contract engagement to evaluate AI-generated healthcare operation plans and staff assignments for quality and regulatory alignment.

You will review budgeting, records management, and service feasibility, collaborating with AI research teams to improve data quality and model performance, while delivering task-based and hourly payments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager or Clinical Director.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar settings.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.

Position: Medical and Health Services Managers Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Duration: 4–6 weeks Commitment: 20+ hours/week
