Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, facilitating goals of care discussions, prescribing treatments, and supporting transitions of care. The APRN plays an integral role in educating staff, families, and the broader medical community about palliative and hospice care.
Gainesville location and surrounding areas
M-F days with occasional 1 or 2 weekend days as needed
