  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Patient Service Representative/Medical Secretary position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a 40 hour per week position.

Your Role:

MaineHealth Obstetrics and Gynecology - Brunswick | MaineHealth has an immediate need for a Patient Service Representative (PSR)/Medical Secretary to join our care team. The Patient Service Representative (PSR)/Medical Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and office support for the providers in a multi-physician practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of related experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
