  • Status: Regular Full time
  • Work Shift: [Specify shift if available]
  • Compensation Range: $33.40 - $34.53 per hour, plus additional benefits. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to an HSS physician practice, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, surgical bookings, obtaining authorizations, patient check-in/out, scanning documents into EMR, and other tasks as assigned.

  • Experience with Epic Medical Records System and strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and positive attitude
  • Experience with surgical scheduling and healthcare knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Typing speed of 45-60 WPM

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of healthcare or MD office experience.
