Job summary

Randstad USA, in partnership with our premier healthcare client in Hershey, PA, is seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join an exceptional team on-site. This 8-month temporary assignment offers a rewarding work environment focused on patient care and collaborative EHR workflow enhancements.

You will capture real-time charting with Epic EHR, assist with orders, and help optimize clinic workflows and charting efficiency, while maintaining a predictable Monday schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years for Tier 1 at $26/hr; 3+ years for Tier 2 at $30/hr.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR workflows is highly preferred.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, or complex outpatient specialties is a major plus.
• Reliability and full availability to start on November 2 and maintain the fixed Monday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians during patient encounters to capture real-time, accurate clinical charting.
• Assist with laboratory, imaging, and medication order entries directly within the Epic EHR system.
• Help optimize clinic workflows, SmartPhrases, and charting efficiency.
• Ensure seamless communication and timely chart completion to keep daily patient care running smoothly.

Key Position Highlights

• Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Mondays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (or 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Start Date: November 2, 2026 (Firm start date aligned with physician hours)
• Duration: 8-Month Temporary Assignment (Through June 30, 2027)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe (0–2 years for Tier 1 at $26/hr; 3+ years for Tier 2 at $30/hr).
• Proficiency with Epic EHR workflows is highly preferred.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, or complex outpatient specialties is a major plus!
• Professional scribe credentials (CMSS, AMSS, CMSA) or Medical Assistant certifications are preferred.
• Reliability and full availability to start on November 2nd and maintain the fixed Monday/Wednesday schedule.
