Job summary

Responsibilities include tracking test results, coordinating with clinicians, and maintaining patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma and medical terminology experience required.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Medical Terminology experience.

Responsibilities

• Transcribes history, physical exams and procedures as dictated by the physician.
• Signs and dates all entries in the medical record to identify the scribe role.
• Tracks status and results of labs, x-rays or other evaluations.
