Job Description

• Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting assessments and exams.
• Gain knowledge in documenting patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions, diagnoses, medication information, and follow-up instructions.
• Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical records.
• Monitor labs and radiology orders for results to guide patient care.
• Review patient history and test results to support medical decisions.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and company policies.

• Work 2 shifts per week.
