We are looking for a Medical Scribe to join our Nursing Department and play a vital role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication between our nurses, patients, and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient information and medical updates provided by field nurses
• Conduct follow-up calls to physicians’ offices and patients to gather or clarify information
• Maintain organized and timely records in our internal systems
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, or documentation for compliance and patient care
• Collaborate closely with nurses, coordinators, and other departments to keep care flowing seamlessly
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting as a Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
