Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site Medical Scribes to work alongside doctors, documenting patient visits in real time. You will record history, exams, treatments, and test results while using EHR systems and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

No experience is required—comprehensive training through Scribe University and hands-on clinical instruction are provided. We offer full-time and part-time schedules to fit your life and opportunities for growth across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.

Where You7ll Work

As an on-site medical scribe, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor7s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, well match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

Schedule Options

We offer both part-time (2–3 shifts per week) and full-time (3–4 shifts per week) positions. Shifts are usually 8 hours but can vary depending on site needs.

• 6:30AM - 3:00PM
• 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• 9:00AM - 4:00PM
• 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• 12:00PM - 9:00PM
• 3:00PM - 11:00PM
• 3:00PM - 12:00AM
• 4:00PM - 12:00AM
• 4:00PM - 1:00AM
• 11:00PM - 7:00AM

What You7ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (youll be provided one after training but need your own for training)
