• Ensure proper documentation of diagnoses, orders, and coding elements
• Assist with chart preparation and post-visit follow-up documentation
• Review charts for completeness and assist in reducing provider charting time

• Ensure proper documentation of diagnoses, orders, and coding elements
• Assist with chart preparation and post-visit follow-up documentation
• Review charts for completeness and assist in reducing provider charting time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biology, or related field preferred
• Certified Medical Scribe Specialist (CMSS) or Certified Medical Scribe Professional (CMSP) preferred
• ️ Excellent typing speed (60+ WPM) and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and common clinical workflows
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both clinical and virtual settings
• Prior EMR experience (e.g., Elation, Healthie, Epic) is a plus
• ???? Prior experience as a scribe or in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
