Job Summary

Responsible for registering and screening donors under the Center Manager's supervision, within GMP and FDA guidelines.

Essential Job Functions

• Facilitate donor flow efficiently.
• Register and assist donors through screening.
• Perform health assessments and finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels.
• Prepare and troubleshoot equipment, monitor collection procedures, and ensure donor safety.
• Record data accurately, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
• Handle donor questions and assist with audits.

General Responsibilities

• Work safely, follow policies, maintain attendance, and participate in training.
• Collaborate with staff, meet schedules, and uphold company values.
• Interact courteously with donors and staff, perform miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in a customer service environment preferred.
• Clinical Laboratory Personnel license required in Louisiana.

Physical & Working Conditions

Light work involving lifting up to 50 lbs, using fingers for typing, and standing/walking most of the time. Work mainly indoors, with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and temperature variations.
