Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to support its Somatic/Tumor Genomics portfolio within precision oncology. The role involves scientific leadership, engaging with clinicians and KOLs, and representing the company at conferences.

You will educate clinicians on assay interpretation, support oncology initiatives with strategic insights, and facilitate collaboration between medical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biomedical field (PharmD, PhD, MS, MD, NP/PA).
• At least 3 years in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or related field.
• Expertise in biomarkers, targeted therapies, NGS, and resistance mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific resource by maintaining deep knowledge of liquid and tumor profiling assays; engage with KOLs and represent the company at conferences.
• Educate clinicians on assay interpretation and clinical utility.
• Support oncology initiatives by identifying engagement opportunities and contributing strategic insights.
• Assist with clinical and scientific inquiries and facilitate communication between medical and commercial teams.
