Job Description

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) acts as the primary scientific expert in the field for Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products. The MSL will build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, researchers, and the scientific community in Sleep Medicine / Neuroscience. The role involves mentoring, managing projects, and ensuring compliant and effective scientific communication and education related to disease states of interest.

Essential Functions

• Engage in scientific exchange regarding FDA-approved and pipeline products
• Support development and dissemination of scientific information about products and pipeline compounds
• Establish and nurture relationships with opinion leaders
• Facilitate clinical research and investigator-initiated studies
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development teams
• Document adverse events and support scientific sessions at conferences
• Manage multiple projects demonstrating leadership and collaboration

Qualifications

• Advanced doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent)
• 0-2 years of industry or clinical/research experience; MSL experience preferred

Additional Information
